Returns

Shopping online is amazing… but we know that there can be challenges (like not being able to touch, feel or smell the items). So in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your RAAD purchase, please check out the details below and we will arrange a hassle-free return and refund.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in it's original travel packaging (the black travel jacket). You'll also need your order number.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@raad.co.nz and explain why you need to return. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a new label with the postage paid for. If you've kept your compostable bag, you can use this, or simply grab another bag. Then drop it at your local NZ Post office.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right asap.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds
    Once we receive and check your product, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
