All New Zealand orders are dispatched from Auckland and shipped via New Zealand Post. Once you have placed your order it should be to you within 1-3 days (Please add another 1-2 days on top of this for Rural Delivery). Once we have fulfilled your order you will be emailed tracking information.

Deliveries are made between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.

We work hard to make sure your order gets on the courier and in your hands as quick as possible. If you are experiencing a delay with the arrival of your purchase, then please contact us so we can look into it.


Apologies to the rest of the world but we are prioritising serving our local New Zealand customers and won’t be able to send RAAD® products to you at the moment. Stay tuned as this will change in the future. Thanks for your understanding. 


Shopping online is amazing… but we know that there can be challenges (like not being able to touch, feel or smell the items).
So in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your RAAD® purchase, please check out the details below and we will arrange a hassle-free return and refund.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in it's original travel packaging. You'll also need your order number.

Return process
Please contact us at and explain why you need to return. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a new label with the postage paid for. Then drop it at your local NZ Post office. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right asap.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and check your product, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
