How quickly will I get my RAADness?

If a New Zealand urban (non-rural delivery) order is placed before 10am (Monday-Thursday) you should receive it the following 1-3 business days. 

Rural delivery orders will take an extra 1-2 days. 

Can I return my RAADness?

Shopping online is amazing… but we know that there can be challenges (like not being able to touch, feel or smell the items). So in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your RAAD purchase, please contact us to arrange a hassle-free return and refund.

Are RAAD products plant based?

Yes.
RAAD products are a blend of nature’s finest and humanity’s best scientific developments, proudly made in New Zealand.

Designed to be highly effective, nourishing and insanely enjoyable thanks to a combination of proven, scientifically formulated ingredients (plant based surfactants, no harsh chemicals, vegan friendly and cruelty free) and a careful selection of active botanicals such as Harakeke, Licorice Root and Turmeric Oil.

Are RAAD products 100% natural?

No.
The ingredients in all RAAD products have been carefully selected based on the benefits they offer, with a goal to strike a balance between the best of nature and humanities scientific developments. They are not 100% natural but they are plant based. This means the vast majority of the ingredients list are derived from plants. 

Hand Wash 99.4% plant based (0.6% fragrance)
Dish Liquid 99.4% plant based (0.6% fragrance)
Surface Cleaner 99.4% plant based (0.6% fragrance)
Hand Sanitiser 98% plant based (2% fragrance)

Our fragrances, which make up a very small percentage of our ingredients, are a combination of naturals and synthetics.

Are RAAD products vegan friendly, cruelty and paraben free?

Yes.
RAAD products do not contain any ingredients derived from animals and have not been tested on animals. Nor do they contain parabens.

Are RAAD products septic tank friendly?

Yes.
RAAD products are made from plant based surfactants. According to Watercare NZ, if products are phosphate, chlorine and ammonia free they are suitable for septic tanks and RAAD products contain none of these.

How do I open my RAAD Surface Cleaner?

Pull to remove the black pin between trigger and lid. Once this is done the trigger will opperate freely. 

This pin is here to stop tigger activating while in transit to you. 

Why are RAAD surface cleaner bottles 280ml?

We have designed our RAAD Surface Cleaner bottles to be compact in size so they are small and nibble in your hands and unintrusive on your bench.

Our Refills are larger 500ml packaging and are perfect to keep under you bench, ready to top up your bottle.

How can I track my RAAD order?

Once we have fulfilled your order, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking number and link so you can follow the progress of your order. You can also login to your RAAD account (by clicking here) and find your tracking number within the order information. If you don't have a RAAD account that's fine, simply click here to register one and your order information will automatically show up.

During the RAAD checkout process you will be given the option to opt in to receive tracking information via text.

Can I get RAADness shipped outside of New Zealand?

No, sorry. 
We are prioritising serving our local New Zealand customers and won’t be able to send RAADness to any address outside this region at the moment. Stay tuned as this will change in the future. Thanks for your understanding. 

Can I buy RAADness in any physical stores?

Sorry, not at the moment. At this stage we are focusing on servicing you directly via this RAAD website.
